The Role:
Responsible for supporting delivery of Clean Room Projects including Engineering coordination, Package Management, Procurement Support, Planning and Delivery of the Project within Budget, Timescale and Quality.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include :-
* Input to the delivery of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client.
* Plan and Manage Labour Allocation, Material and Sub-Contractor Appointments in order to deliver the Project on-time, within budget and to the quality requirements as advised by the Project Manager.
* Consult and input to the Monthly Costs Reports on the Project as directed by the Project Manager.
* Consult and advise in the management of Client Variations on the Project.
* Consult and advise in ensuring a Safe System of Work is in operation during Site activities.
* Consult and advise on the Master Programme and development of stage/section programmes as required.
* Liaise with Client regarding any Site Issues that effect his operations or the Project with regard to Time, Cost and Quality.
* Communicate with the Design Team, Quality Team, Planning Team and Procurement Team to ensure that Project Deliverables are clearly identified to the internal teams.
* Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards.
* Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders.
* Undertake all relevant training and development activities as required. Main Duties and Responsibilities include :-
