The Role:
Responsibilities:
· Leading the Category Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brand categories by increasing the demand at wholesaler, retailer and distributor level. Focusing on commercial fundamentals, such as Distribution, Display, Promotion and Price
· Be a Strategic Thought Partner, driving insights to action through deep analytics of the category, macro-trends, competitive landscape, 4Ps, and shopper trends
· Develop strategy for execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away by ensuring market strategy is aligned with brand strategy
· Accountable for developing the customer/channel research plan, align with Shopper Insights and developing key insights/learning from the research
Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master in Marketing or related fields
· Over 8 years of experience in Category Management in FMCG/ IT
· Strong leadership skills: ability to influence customer and internal leadership to deliver goals and objectives
· Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop an action plan
· Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate complex data in a clear storyline to all levels of the organization
· Strong leadership skills: ability to direct activities of individual team members towards goals
