The Role:
To install, commission, maintain, operate and where authorised, repair production control systems and ancillary equipment according to company and client procedures to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

* To install, commission, maintain, operate, and where authorised repair, production control systems and ancillary equipment in accordance with company and client procedures. Undertake activities in an onshore and/or offshore capacity, as required.
* Investigate and diagnose any deficiency which may impede efficient installation and take the appropriate corrective action to resolve the situation.
* Provide the customer's representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure correct task completion.
* Provide input to the Operations Engineer / Commissioning Interface Engineer, regarding operational procedures and instigate any amendments which are required.
* Review procedures and drawings of equipment on a regular basis; carry out pre- use inspection of equipment (visual and written) by procedure. Undertake pre-task safety survey and necessary toolbox/site talks with client and Service Technicians prior to equipment being used.
* Attend and participate in Site Integration Testing / Site Receival Testing
* Decommission and/or rig down and organise shipping of test equipment, spares or any excess equipment back to the facility.
* Carry out work in strict adherence to company procedures

* Assist with training and competence development of Personnel as required both onshore and offshore.
* Document non-conformances in the field via the Field Performance Reporting (FPR) system. Forward (FPR) within prescribed timelines.
* Complete Field Service Orders (FSO) and Competence Checklists before demobilisation and ensure that the customer has reviewed and signed the FSO/Competence Checklists applicable to the task...
* Provide accurate maintenance and spares usage feedback throughout task.
* Provide daily/weekly / monthly reports as dictated by the Operations Engineer / Interface, Commissioning Engineer.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Qualifications in System Hydraulics discipline preferable.
* Qualifications can be offset by Accredited Prior experience and attained skill sets
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Operational Field Service background essential with a minimum of 2 years oil industry involvement.
* Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem solving ability.
* PC skills to include, Excel, Word.
* Have the initiative & ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* IWOCS / HPU; Reelers; Jumpers Operations and commissioning
* Hydraulic testing and installation of Umbilical's; flying leads.
* SCM testing/ installation/retrieval/ problem solve
* Conversant with PETU operations
* Integration testing of SCM during SIT
* Integration testing and deployment of manifolds
