The Role:
My client is looking for a Customer Fulfilment Manager to work on a Permanent basis in Aberdeen. Ideally you will have a minimum 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and be Technically minded with previous experience dealing with client customers on a face to face basis.

General Summary of Job Responsibilities

The Customer Fulfilment Manager (CFM) will lead the customer facing execution of Clients post contract, purchase order and award activities ensuring customer expectations are met and that the customer is satisfied with the products and services that are provided to them.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
This includes but is not limited to:

* Overall accountability for all Aftermarket operations across Europe and Africa
* Overall accountability for Inside Sales ensuring support of customer orders, account management and project management teams
* Managing post award sales order execution, Aftermarket operations and Aftermarket business growth
* Ensuring customer expectations and met / exceeded and measuring internal and customer related KPI's and customer satisfaction ratings
* Engaging internal stakeholders for resolution of customer complaints, field problems and customer reported non-conformances
* Delivering market-leading Aftermarket solutions and services
* Awareness of competitive landscape, market pricing and competitive strategies
* Managing long term relationships with customer and market contacts
* Developing and managing strategy for regional Aftermarket business including forecasting, budget attainment, Aftermarket performance, personnel resource management and personnel development
* Conducting market research and other market insights to address Aftermarket business opportunities
* Formulating and executing growth strategies within Aftermarket accounts, markets and regional locations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering or extensive experience in a similar position
* Extensive experience in a Sales, Engineering or Aftermarket related position
* Management experience
* Substantial experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry preferably in Subsea exploration and development
* Managerial skills, ability to build and manage relationships
* Strong commercial awareness
* Good general IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven leadership, organisational and planning skills
* Valid UK driving licence
* Ability and willingness to travel overseas

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Offshore experience with relevant product knowledge
* Previous exposure to Subsea Drilling and Production Systems, Top Tension Riser Systems, Marine Drilling Systems, Downhole Tools and Well Construction
